Annette Manley has been a cosmetologist for 33 years! Annette’s extensive experience in hair design and hair color formulation has led me through an exciting career. Her desire to explore innovative skills and creative techniques has directly contributed to her success She was a Matrix Educator from 1990-2000.

By recognizing needs of the professional, as well as the lay person, she can provide focus, direction, quality products, and inspiration to allow their creativity to flourish.

Annette’s services include hair cutting, and she keeps up with current trends and new foiling techniques.

Annette has been in Linda’s Salon and Spa full time for over 10 years.

She is part of the Professional Beauty Assocation.
