I know that every person has different attention to a specific area, and each massage session is designed to your specific conditions and needs.

What is the difference between a Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage?

A Swedish Massage provides restoration of your muscles, mind and nerves into relaxation. It can help you recharge emotionally, physically and can be used effectively to enhance your circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to work on your musculature and connective  tissues. Deactivation of some irritating Trigger Points can leave you with a more comfortable feeling after a few sessions.

Trigger Point Therapy is the most effective method of decreasing and managing chronic pain of muscular origin and increasing Range of Motion (ROM) of restricted points.
