I know that every person has different attention to a specific area, and each massage session is designed to your specific conditions and needs.
What is the difference between a Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage?
A Swedish Massage provides restoration of your muscles, mind and nerves into relaxation. It can help you recharge emotionally, physically and can be used effectively to enhance your circulation.
A Deep Tissue Massage is designed to work on your musculature and connective tissues. Deactivation of some irritating Trigger Points can leave you with a more comfortable feeling after a few sessions.
Trigger Point Therapy is the most effective method of decreasing and managing chronic pain of muscular origin and increasing Range of Motion (ROM) of restricted points.
